All orders are shipped from Noosa, Australia.

All orders received will be dispatched in 2-5 working days for standard delivery (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation).

Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding
public holidays).

When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking details and the estimated time of delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing excluding weekends and major holidays.

Shipping is FREE for all Orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5.95 applies to Australian orders and $14.95 to New Zealand orders.

All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm.

Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;All orders are dispatched by 2-5 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days.

Please note that delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery.

To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order hidden at the address.

For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature.

A card will also be left with pick up details. To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, please check that all shipping information is correct.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD, otherwise, a flat rate of $15 AUD applies.

All orders are sent via Registered International post which means the item is fully trackable and will need to be signed for.

All orders are dispatched by 2-5 business days and delivered within 7-12 business days.

There may be an occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.

We only offer refunds if the product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, and the packaging is in a re-sellable condition. This is for hygiene reasons. We have a 14-day refund policy; from the date of purchase, you have 14 days to make your returnIf you have received a different item from the one you ordered - sorry, we made a mistake! Just email hello@bykatielawrence.co.au with your order number and we'll ship the correct products free of charge!If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.
